On April 14th, Jiangsu Zhengli New Energy Battery Technology Co., Ltd. (“Zhengli New Energy”) completed its initial public offering (IPO) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the ticker code 03677.HK. Since its inception, the company has raised multiple financing rounds, with its current market capitalization exceeding HKD 20 billion. Nuoyan Capital invested in Zhengli New Energy in December 2021.

Established in February 2019, Zhengli New Energy is a state-owned high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of lithium-ion power batteries and energy storage systems. Guided by technological innovation, the company employs a technical roadmap centered on cell form standardization, system platformization, and differentiated chemical architectures, alongside a diversified product matrix. This strategy accelerates the large-scale electrification of terrestrial, maritime, and aerial mobility applications, positioning Zhengli to become a leading new productive force in green energy solutions across all land, sea, and air use cases.

Through iterative technological refinement, Zhengli has developed the “LISA-321” omni-channel strategic framework, enabling end-to-end capabilities spanning cell, module, battery management systems (BMS), and pack integration. Its product portfolio spans multiple segments, including battery electric vehicles (BEV), hybrid electric vehicles (HEV), plug-in hybrids (PHEV), energy storage systems, and aviation-grade batteries, delivering digitally optimized and efficient new energy solutions for the global lithium-ion power and storage markets.
